On 28 December 2024,Goalanda Upazila Protibondhi Unnayan Sangastha (GUPUS) that’s English called name is Goalanda Upazila Disabled Development Organization in collaboration with the humanitarian organization- Citizen Development Foundation (CDF) distributed winter clothes among the distressed and helpless persons with disabilities and women. Present at the event were Honorable Secretary General of CDF- Mr. Kashem Iqbal, Honorable Secretary General of Jatio Protibandhi Jubo Forum Bangladesh and Executive Director of CDF - Mohammad Taizuddin, , National Award-winning successful person with disabilities as a entrepreneurs and organizers, and Chief Coordinator and Co-General Secretary of GUPUS- Md. Raqibul Islam, Successful President of GUPUS Md. Ratan Sheikh, Skilled General Secretary Md. Munnab Sheikh, Vice President Md. Siddiqur Rahman and Treasurer Md. Rafiqul Islam, along with other leaders of the organization. At this time, free blankets were distributed among 20 persons with disabilities and 30 women.
সিটিজেন ডেভোলপমেন্ট ফাউন্ডেশনের সহায়তা দুস্থ নারী ও প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের মাঝে গোয়ালন্দ উপজেলা প্রতিবন্ধী উন্নয়ন সংস্থার ত্রাণ বিতরণ
গত ২৮ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৪ তারিখে মানবিক সংগঠন সিটিজেন ডেভোলোপমেন্ট ফাউন্ডেশন (সিডিএফ) এর সহযোগিতায় গোয়ালন্দ উপজেলা প্রতিবন্ধী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা (জিইউপিইউএস) দুস্থ ও অসহায় প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তি ও নারীদের মাঝে শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ করেন। এসময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন সিডিএফ এর সম্মানীত মহাসচিব জনাব কাশেম ইকবাল ও জাতীয় প্রতিবন্ধী যুব ফোরাম, বাংলাদেশ এর সম্মানিত মহাসচিব ও সিডিএফ এর নির্বাহী পরিচালক মোহাম্মদ তাইজদ্দিন, জাতীয় পুরুস্কার প্রাপ্ত সফল প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তি, উদ্যোক্তা ও সংগঠক, জিইউপিইউএস এর প্রধান সমন্বয়কারী ও সহ-সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ রকিবুল ইসলাম, জিইউপিইউএস এর সফল সভাপতি মোঃ রতন শেখ, দক্ষ সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ মুন্নাব শেখ, সহ-সভাপতি মোঃ সিদ্দিকুর রহমান এবং কোষাদক্ষ মোঃ রফিকুল ইসলামসহ সংগঠনের অন্যান্য নেতৃবৃন্দ। এই সময় ২০ জন প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তি ও ৩০ জন নারীদের মাঝে বিনামূল্যে কম্বল বিতরণ করা হয়।
